What is on your nightstand for reading material?

To paraphrase Hercule Poirot, I’m using my little grey cells this summer with a wide variety of books and comics. Here’s a random list from my nightstand that I just inventoried.

  • Tsoknyi Rinpoche - Fearless Simplicity

  • The Tsurezuregusa of Kenko - Essays in Idleness

  • Gordon Dickson - On the Run

  • PD James - Innocent Blood

  • JG Ballard - Kingdom Come

  • Michel De Montaigne - Essays

Comics Waiting (1970s)

  • Marvel Beware!

  • Marvel Creatures on the Loose

  • Marvel Chamber of Darkness

  • Marvel Morbius

  • Marvel Man-Thing

  • Marvel Godzilla

  • Stack of various Atlas Comics like The Destructor, The Brute, Phoenix Protector, Tiger-Man, etc.

Unfortunately, my list grows longer as I take up time trying to finish off my latest scripts and novel. Never enough time in the day, I guess.
