Since we’re moving away from Strange Twisted Tales for a while, Vin is now working hard on getting Battered Soul Chapter 1 finished. As you may already realize, Battered Soul comes from my novel, Clovel Sword Saga 1-3, which is available on this site or at the link below (free download).

The story takes a deadly turn following these pages. I hope you enjoy this work and the other pages coming.

Jealous Gods - Episode 1

The ongoing series, Jealous Gods, is now available on this WEBSITE ONLY to paying subscribers. A preview of the first few pages including the series premise is below. Nice art work by Jomari Niala and Alexander Bruno. The series will follow this schedule of production. Roughly each 20 pages will complete a chapter (built on this substack page). I’ll turn the chapters into a pdf/ebook. For those who are a subscriber you will receive each chapter at no additional cost. The ebook chapters will become available on Amazon and other ebook sellers. Print copies will become available every five chapters.

Synopsis of Jealous Gods - Chapter 2 Like all things, gods find their power diminished over time as their followers die off, and their existence becomes a myth. The gods cannot stop their external exile to the cold, dark void between dimensions when they fade from memory. Yet, the ancient gods still exist and retain recollections of when they ruled over the world. They wish to return to the past and rule once again. However, their path to freedom remains barred by gateways that separate the dimensions and allow travel across time and space. It is an alien technology built by an ancient species long before humans dominated a planet called Earth.

Azathoth Fragments - Chapter 2

SYNOPSIS: Deriving elements of Lovecraftian gods and a timeline from the Greek myth based upon the lands of Hyperborea, our story is set in Antarctica before ice sheets covered the area. It is an era of deadly monsters and beasts along with terrible gods. Belgar is a Guiding Arrow, a guide for the merchants who travel the lands trying to avoid the monsters and beasts on the trails through the rugged Riphean Mountains and the plateau of Leng. As a guide, Belgar is one of the best but he suffers from short temper and a reputation as a scoundrel. Tricked into a blood pact with Cuchulainn, a god also known as the lame one, Belgar commits to a search for a fabled sword guarded by demon hounds.
